The Group Executive Board is in charge of ensuring the collective management of the Group’s operations. The Executive Committee helps define Esedios principle direction. It sets major strategic priorities, and the associated action plans. It ensures that these plans are effectively implemented at the operational level.

As a CEO, Mr. MuthuKumar specializes in Business planning, Team strategy, Group management , Design architecture, Delivery and Customer satisfaction at Esedios. Muthukumar’s technical expertise plays a decisive role in guiding teams to build path-breaking products and development tools on leading SaaS platforms including, AlerTALL and IOTEye among others. He has worked extensively on various Disaster management and Marine projects like Realtime Data acquisition and processing.
As a Chief Technical Advisor, Dr. Edison. MSc, MCA, M.Phil, PhD has 20+ years of experience in Landslide and Disaster Management, remote sensing, GIS and Risk Management. Edison plays key role at Esedios apart from handling the Landlside monitoring and Disaster management across the globe. He is in-charge of Global representation on Dam safety and early warning alert system by working from USA. He also looks after Management and Administration functions in USA.
As a Financial Consultant, Anand Padmanabhan has professional experience over 12+ years in the field of finance and accounting, having worked in various industries including manufacturing, service sector, and NBFC etc. He also manages the company compliances and taking care of the Supply Chain Management and Administration functions.
As a Director, Mrs. Sivapriya had many years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Compliance, Audits, Treasury, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Due diligence. Sivapriya plays multiple roles at Esedios apart from handling the Finance and Accounts division. She is in-charge of the compliances department and also oversees the Supply Chain Management and Administration functions.
